We are PayWallet — a calm, all-in-one money app for everyday India. A small team in Bengaluru builds the UPI payments, bills, recharges, credit tools and more that people across the country rely on. If you care about craft, clarity and the people on the other side of the screen, we would love to hear from you.
Why build here
We keep the team small and the work meaningful. You will own real problems end to end, ship to real users quickly, and see the impact of your work in people’s daily money lives.
Craft over noise
We sweat the details, clear copy, calm design, code you would be proud to sign.
Real users, real India
We build for everyday people, not a demo. Simplicity is a feature.
Ownership
Small team, big surface area. You will lead, not wait for permission.
A calm pace
We move fast where it matters and protect focus everywhere else.
Where we’re hiring
These are the areas we most often look for people in. Don’t see an exact title? Write to us anyway — we hire for strong people, not just open seats.
Engineering
Flutter (mobile), Node.js (backend & admin), UPI & bill-payment infra, data and reliability. Ship features people use every day.
Product & Design
Shape flows that feel obvious, write copy that calms, and turn messy money problems into simple screens people trust.
Operations & Support
Keep transactions flowing and users cared for — payments ops, KYC review, disputes and the human help that earns trust.
Growth & Field
Take PayWallet to more towns and merchants — partnerships, on-ground activation, community and honest, human marketing.
Become a PayWallet Manager
We grow PayWallet on the ground through a team of managers across every mandal, district, region, zone and state in the country. Anyone can start as a Mandal or District Manager. The senior roles are earned, one rank at a time, through performance.

How selection works
Three stages, one after another. You move to the next stage only if you clear the one before it, and your final result is shared only after all three are complete.
Online MCQ
A proctored, multiple-choice exam you take online in your own language.
OnlineWritten exam
A descriptive paper at a PayWallet centre. Only if you clear the MCQ.
In personInterview
A final conversation with the team. Only if you clear the written exam.
In personWhat the exam covers
The online MCQ draws from these seven areas. Brush up on each before you sit the exam.
Exam instructions
Read these before you begin so there are no surprises on exam day.
- The online MCQ is proctored: keep your camera on and stay in full screen. Switching tabs, leaving full screen, or another person appearing in the frame is flagged, and repeated flags submit your exam automatically.
- Sit alone in a quiet, well-lit room, on a stable internet connection and a charged device.
- The MCQ is available in multiple South-Indian languages. Choose yours at the start.
- Every question is multiple choice with a timer on screen. When the time ends, the exam submits on its own.
- The written exam and interview are in person at a PayWallet centre. Carry a valid photo ID (Aadhaar or PAN).
- You advance only by passing each stage, and your result is shared after all three are done.
