How do I create an account?

Download PayWallet from Google Play, sign in with your mobile number, and complete the KYC step with your Aadhaar and PAN. You’ll be ready to pay shortly after.

Is PayWallet safe to use?

PayWallet rides on India’s UPI rails, operated by NPCI and regulated by the RBI. Your bank PIN never leaves your device, and every payment is authorised by you.

Privacy & security

Are there any hidden charges?

UPI payments and bank transfers are free for personal users — the NPCI standard. If a partner adds a convenience fee, it’s shown clearly before you confirm. No surprises.

What kinds of bills can I pay?

Electricity, water, gas, broadband, DTH, landline, and credit card bills — via the BBPS network — plus mobile and DTH recharges. Every state board and major biller is supported.

Can I pay any credit card bill?

Yes — any Indian credit card from any bank, straight from your UPI-linked account. Enter the card number, the amount, and confirm with your UPI PIN.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. We retain only the data legally required by RBI and remove everything else within 30 days.
